We’ve updated our website to include new surveys for Spectrum/Charter and VerizonFIOS, in addition to our existing survey for AlticeUSA/Optimum.
We believe it’s important that we hear feedback from customers of all the largest providers, not just AlticeUSA. This will help us learn where the gaps in affordability, reliability, and accessibility are. This in turn will help us inform the audience of these surveys about where issues are, namely: State and Local Government, and any journalists that are interested in learning about consumer perception of broadband internet across the region.
If you don’t have any complaints about your provider, we want to hear that too. We would like our responses to cover a broad audience of consumers, not just those that have problems.
